Project Synopsis for Adams

Original House built in 1999.

Project Details: 

• Complete gutting of Upstairs Master Bathroom
  
• Installation of Hardwoods in Upstairs Game room and Downstairs
  
• Casual Living Room. Custom Cabinetry in Master and Game Room

Master:

• This included tearing down existing walls to studs.
  
• Removed old boxed ceiling w/fur down and made it a Dome Ceiling.
  
• Made existing shower larger w/2 shower boxes.
  
• Took out existing spa tub and installed New Claw Foot Tub.
  
• Tiled walls 4' up and floors.
  
• Tiled walls made to be almost flush with upper sheetrock walls.
  
• New Water heater installed in attic space.

GameRoom:

• Removed existing flooring, installed new Natural Nail Down Hard Woods
  
• Removed existing wall shelving and replaced w/
• 2 Custom Built Stained Wood Cabinets for housing kids games Prep/Paint 

Living Room:

• Removed existing flooring, installed new natural hardwoods

Added some of the finer amenities such as:

• Nail down hardwood flooring with smooth finish
  
• Smooth textured walls
  
• Custom Stained Wood cabinetry to accommodate customer height And specs
  
• Granite Countertops w/artist made sink bowls
  
• All new shower fixtures, tub fixtures, sink fixtures.
  
• New Wall fixtures
