Every heat wave or cold snap expands and contracts your roof.   Every gust of wind or driving rain alters its integrity. Any strength of storm can do invisible damage to your roofs structure and protection.

 In fact, moisture does more damage to homes each year than termites, fire, and storms combined! Most of this damage could be prevented by a routine inspection and maintenance.
